After almost three decades of leasing, our last long term lease expired in 2019. We decided the time had come to seriously consider the business case for an industrial property purchase. As a result of record low interest rates, and a buoyant but not (yet) overpriced industrial market the numbers were truly compelling, provided we were able to head a little more to the West than we anticipated.
