“My Super Fund owns an industrial property complex of six warehouses in Tullamarine in close proximity to Melbourne Airport. Recently, I had the opportunity to change agents and contacted three requesting a submission.
I chose Rutherfords for three simple reasons:
1/. The contact agent, Paolo Simonelli, was prompt in his initial response, came to my home on the other side of Melbourne to present his submission and at no stage was pushy or unreasonably demanding. The other agents both wanted me to come to their respective offices & were quite insistent in that regard.
2/. Paolo produced a comprehensive plan to take over & manage the properties. He had also completed a drive-by of the property prior to our meeting.
