At Rutherfords we have summarized an easy-to read EOFY overview of what income you have earned and what expenses you have paid.
At Rutherfords our Property Management Department have summarized easy-to read EOFY statements providing a simple overview of what income you have earned and what expenses you have paid. If you are registered for GST it will show how the GST is paid, this will in turn help you or your accountant prepare your BAS. Unlike other agencies we do not charge you for your EOFY statements and are happy to send to you however many you need. There is no extra charge for this service, we offer a premium service and excellent value.
We encourage our landlords to redirect or send all outgoings to us to ensure you are meeting your obligations as a landlord. We will manage your land tax, council rates, maintenance invoices and anything else your portfolio needs. We take the stress out of remembering what needs to be paid so you can sit back and rest with peace of mind that your portfolio is in good hands.
We have been told by numerous experienced accountants our statements are the most straight forward and easy to read.
We pride ourselves that our landlords will have their end of financial year statement within the first week of the new financial year. In fact this year our EOFY statements went out on July 1st 2016! Copies of all invoices will be sent each month at no extra charge.
You can opt for a multiple property display summary to have all costings combined or have each property itemized individually.
We offer constant support to your accounts, they are welcome to call our accounts department to ask any questions they may have at any time of the year.
